The National Council of Hispano Deaf and Hard of Hearing Conference which was held on October 4-6, 2007 by Latino Deaf and Hard Association of the Metropolitan DC Area.  The Co-Chairs Leticia Arellano, Elvia Guillermo and Franklin C. Torres were committed and took on big challenges.  About 280-320 participants attended workshops, panels, and other activities.  Thanks to our special LDHHAMDC members who committed to work together for only 6 months, succeeded this happen!
