Every LDHHAMDC member can view the minutes of each meeting, which are approved by the executive board and general meeting members. There are a few samples of the minutes below, you can read them. If you want to read the other specific dates, you have the rights to contact the entire secretary to send you the attachment as long as you are the member. They have met at the third Saturday of the month. As a member, you can make a motion at the general meeting or you can discuss any issues, suggestions or ideas with one of the officers prior to the general meeting date.
